Yes. We make exceptional products and fully stand behind their quality. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your purchase, you can return those items within 30 days of delivery (‘delivery’ is defined as the date the shipment was marked delivered by the carrier's tracking number).
Returns are fully refunded in the original payment form or you can exchange for something else of equal value across the Kings & Queens range. If you were the recipient of a gift and have any questions about the return process, please contact the Kings & Queens team via email.
Kings & Queens does not accept returns more than 30 days after delivery, or for international orders. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause!
To return any item(s) from your order, please follow these 8 easy steps via our Returns & Exchanges Portal above. You'll be prompted to follow the steps below.
1. Enter your order number, email, postcode in the fields located and press “Start a Return.”
2. Follow the onscreen instructions and select the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Click the item(s) you wish to return and describe your reason for your return.
5. Select your preference of return - Refund, Exchange, Gift Card.
6. Download and print the shipping label.
7. Repack your items and packing list in original packaging (as best as possible).
8. Drop off at the nearest mailbox.
9. Wine o’clock.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact our delightful Customer Service Team via email, who will be happy to assist in arranging your return or exchange.
A gifted item can be returned for an exchange or gift card. You will however, need a receipt as your proof of purchase (there’s the awkward part). The product MUST be unused and in its original packaging – so if you’re wanting to return it because your dog put paw marks all over it, tough love ahead, sorry.

Kings & Queens does not accept returns after 30 days from date of original delivery.
You can use any of the following as original proof of purchase:
1. e-receipt tax invoice
2. KINGS & QUEENS online account order history
3. Gift Receipt
It can take up to 7 business days for your return to arrive to our office, undergo a quality check and have your refund or exchange processed. Once your item has been received and it’s looking all ship-shape, we’ll refund or exchange the item and let you know via email. From this point, allow 1-5 days for your refund to appear in your account or your new goods to arrive!
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please ensure you add tracking to your return to ensure no issues.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. This ruins our day (as well as yours).
It’s important to us that our customers have a fabulous shopping experience, so we strive to fulfill returns requests wherever humanly possible.
Should you need to change your order after your payment has been processed, please call us immediately on +61 2 9337 5856. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, but we’ll do our best.
If you’re looking to cancel your order after payment has been processed, again, call us immediately on +61 2 9337 5856. Usually this isn’t a problem, but we’re unable to cancel orders after items have been shipped & we are speedy on that front, so be quick!
If we’re currently sold out of an item, fear not! We have an option where you can add yourself to a waiting list. We’ll let you know when it’s back in stock and how to get that item into your hot little hands. Alternatively, contact our lovely Customer Service Team who can let you know info such as estimated lead times for the next shipment, and reserve your items for you personally. Too easy.
